Mini Dental Implants have been gaining popularity over the past number of years. Many publications have demonstrated that mini implants are highly successful for removable full dentures and more recently, some have indicated success using the mini for other applications as well. In this hands-on mini implant course these alternative applications will be explored. Plenty of case photographs as well as videos will be utilized to explain clearly the surgical and restorative processes required to successfully utilize the mini implant for fixed and advanced uses.
This course is designed to be interactive and encouraging providing basic concepts to make you feel confident about ‘Starting Monday’. Marketing mini dental implants will be thoroughly discussed and consultants will be available to assist in implementing a proven mini implant marketing strategy. Dental laboratory contact and resources will be provided to complete the circle as well. And an exciting new patient care financing option will be presented.
Questions are encouraged throughout the day and follow up email questions are accepted by the speaker. Included in this course is a comprehensive manual of the program with ample space for notes, a take home hands-on model as well as additional resources and reference materials.

“Thank you for the fabulous course today. I have attended many implant courses... From 1977 (Dr Leonard I. Linkow), 1982 (Dr Paul Homoly)...1998 (Dr. Norman Cranin), 1999 to 2005 (Carl Misch)... et cetera. The seven hours of the Imtec course in Charlotte today was the most comprehensive course I have attended. The amount of material covered was astronomical. Thanks again to both of you for the presentation and for the time you both spent answering questions.”
Best regards,
Ron Perlow DDS - Matthews, NC
Dr. Oppenheimer is an extremely knowledgeable practitioner who has extensive experience with mini-implants and the Imtec System. His course in ‘The Advanced Use of Mini-Implants’ is excellent for those interested in extending the scope of their practices. His experience in the placement and restoration of Imtec Implants should help dispel any prejudices against using this type of system for their patients to help case acceptance for implant dentistry.”
George A. Hurwitz, DDS - Columbia, MD
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
